HYDROGEN OCCLUDING ALLOY

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a hydrogen occluding alloy used for the negative electrode of an Ni/hydrogen alkali secondary battery. CONSTITUTION:This hydrogen occluding alloy has a compsn. represented by the formula Zr7-xTixNi10. (where 2<=x<=4). When a battery is formed with this alloy, high discharge capacity is obtd. from the first time and the battery can be reduced in size and weight and can contribute toward reducing the size and weight, of various portable electronic appliances.
