A mouse cleaning tool for use in cleaning contact rollers of a mouse comprises a sphere 10 having a cleaning surface 11 and a handle 12. The sphere is inserted into the mouse in place of its roller ball and may be rotated to clean the contact rollers. The handle may incorporate a reservoir 20 for cleaning fluid which is passed to the external surface of the sphere via radial channels 28. Communication between the reservoir and the channels 28 may be blocked once sufficient fluid has been passed to the sphere by screwing the handle fully into the sphere, thereby causing the end of nozzle 22 to bear on a sealing member 30.
