<p>Floor covering, in particular a stable floor covering, with moisture draining, non-moisture-absorbing action, with a top layer provided with at least a substantially flat surface and a bottom layer supporting this top layer and comprising support elements. The top layer contains for instance bonded fibre material, plastic material or bonded rubber particles.
