摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture a composite board at high speed by a method wherein a surface material is embossed while being continuously delivered at a constant speed and the end of the surface material is connected with the end of another surface material under the state being polymerized. CONSTITUTION:Two surface material delivery sections 1 to deliver surface material A or A' such as metal plate or the like are arranged vertically. A surface material installed at one of the delivery sections 1 is embossed with each embossing machine 4. A connecting machine connects the fore end of a surface material delivered from the other surface material delivery section simultaneously with polymerization with the tail end of the surface material, one coiled reel of which is in the state just before being run out in the one surface material delivery section. The surface material delivery section 1, the embossing machine 4 and the connecting machine 14 are arranged in series on a two-stored trestle 17 and a course to guide the surface material past through the connecting machine to the foundation plane of the trestle after the turning-over of the surface material also serves as a loop part 18. After that, the surface material turns through a molding machine 20, a discharging machine 21 of expandable synthetic resin raw material, a back face material delivery section 22 and a cure oven 29 into a composite band and finally cut off in single composite plates in order to be formed with a forming machine 40.</p>
