<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of device performance by preparing an inherent resistant value of a thermistor device by way of an electrode installed to the device with simplicity and accuracy without changing the outside shape of the device and minimizing the dispersion accuracy of the resistant vague. CONSTITUTION:A first electrode 13 is formed on one end of a cylinder-shaped and sintered thermistor device 11 on the outer peripheral. surface. A second electrode 12 is formed on the other end of the thermistor device on the outer peripheral surface, the end face on the end side and the inner peripheral surface of a hollow hole 14 of the device. Furthermore, an offset work section 15, which faces the second electrode 12 on the inner peripheral surface, is formed on the hollow hole 14 directed from the end face on the first electrode 13 side at the second electrode 12. Therefore, the second electrode 12 on the inner peripheral surface and the first electrode 13 on the outer peripheral surface are provided with an inter-electrode distance L2 where a cylinder-shaped thermistor 20 is formed.</p> |
