PURPOSE:To increase an operational efficiency and mass-produce bagged chopsticks in a low cost by continuously producing the bagged chop sticks, stuffing the bags with chopsticks in addition to production of the paper bags. CONSTITUTION:Paper tape 10 wound off from a paper roll 13 is printed on the surface of the paper tape 10 during passing through a printer h and pasted at a required place of the paper tape 10 by a paster b. The paper tape 10 is folded in two at the center thereof by a folder-in-two C. Then a pair of chopsticks 12 are fed into the paper folded in two by a chopsticks feeder d and pushed forward by a required distance by means of a chopsticks extruder e. Both upper edges 11a and both lower edges 11b of the paper folder-in-two parts 11 are compressively pasted together at a binder f to make paper bags a in such a manner as the chopsticks 12 project a little. The bagged chopsticks in the paper bags are finally cut off at the lower edges of the paper bags a by a paper bag cutter g to make finished products. |
