Liq. container (1) has a distortable body (2) and a closure (3) at the outlet with at least one valve and a filter (5) at the base (6) of the container (1). The longitudinal axis of the outlet (3) is parallel to the side sections (20) of the container body (2). The base (6) of the body (2) runs across and/or generally at right angles to the side sections (29) to the outlet connection (3). The outlet connection (3) at the base (6) can have a screw section for insertion and removal of the valve, with an outlet connection (41) to the filter (5) with a screw connection or beading for an elastic connection tube to be passed over it to fit the filter (5). The connection has a screw section at least at one end for fitting to and removal from the valve and/or filter (5). The water outlet (3) has a linkage (15) to adjust the filter (5) against the body (2) through a swing movement of 90 deg.. When swung in, th filter (5) is generally parallel to the base (6) of the body (2), and against it, at right angles to the longitudinal axis to act as a core to wind the body (2) round.
