<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic loading device requiring a short waiting time of an industrial robot in the case where a successive shipping instruction covers the same loading articlesa s are covered by the last shipping instruction. CONSTITUTION:When a successive shipping instruction 15 covers the same articles as are covered by the last shipping instruction 14, a feed pallet 5 carried to a storage mount 6 with an automatic feed device on the basis of the last instruction 14 is kept retained on the storage mount 6 as it is. Then, the articles covered by the successive shipping instruction 15 are taken from the retained feed pallet 5 and loaded by an industrial robot 7. As a result, a waiting time of the robot 7 until the feed pallet 5 is transported to a storage mount 6 is reduced. The pallet 5 is load with the articles covered by the successive shipping instruction 15. The articles are the same as are covered by the last shipping instruction 14. According to this construction, the waiting time of the robot 7 is reduced at the time of loading an article corresponding to the last shipping instruction 14, and loading work efficiency can be improved.</p> |
