PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in abrasion resistance and lubricity by incorporating a plurality of specified phosphoric esters as the essential constituents each in a specified amount into a base oil composed mainly of an oxygen compound. CONSTITUTION:A base oil composed mainly of an oxygen compound (e.g. pentaerythritol tetra-2-ethylhexanoate) is mixed with essential constituents comprising 0.5-5.0wt.% orthophosphoric ester of formula I (wherein R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are each a 1-18C hydrocarbon group or an oxyhydrocarbon group), 0.1-5.0wt.% halogenated phosphoric acid ester of formula II (wherein R<4>, R<5> and R<6> are each R<1>, or any of these groups having at least one hydrogen atom substituted by a halogen atom, provided that the total number of halogen atoms in R<4>, R<5> and R<6> is 1 to 9) and/or 0.01-2.0wt.% acidic phosphoric ester of formula III (wherein R<7> and R<8> are each H or R<1> except for the case where both of them are 11 at the same time) and/or amine salt thereof. |
