PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to reduce power consumption by decreasing input capacity viewed from a signal source in terms of alternating current and by securing a clamp action up to a high frequency band. CONSTITUTION:A source of the 1st MOSFETM1 is connected to a signal input terminal 11 of a clamp circuit, and the source is grounded through a current source I0 and set to a source follower for an input buffer. A drain of the 2nd MOSFETM2 is connected to a source of the FETM1 through a clamp capacitor CCP as well as a gate of the 3rd MOSFETM3. A drain of the FETM1 and a source of the FETM3 are connected to a signal output terminal 14, a drain of the FETM3 is connected to a drive supply input terminal 13, and the FETM3 is set to a source follower for an output buffer. Moreover, the FETM2 is used as a switching element for a clamp, and a clamp pulse input terminal 12 is connected to a gate of the FETM2. A clamp action up to a high frequency band is secured, and circuit constitution can be simplified. |
