PURPOSE:To obtain a latent heat-type heat storage material usable in a specific temperature range, by incorporating anhydrous sodium sulfate with alkali (alkaline earth) metal sulfate, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective heat storage material can be obtained by incorporating anhydrous sodium sulfate with at least one kind of compound of sulfate group (SO4) and either (A) an element belonging to the I-A group in the periodic table (alkali metal) (pref. Li, K, or Rb) or (B) an element belonging to the II-A group (alkaline earth metal) (pref. Mg, Ca, or Ba). The method of the incorporation is pref. co-melting on heating. |
