HYBRIDOMA PRODUCING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY RELATED TO DRUG-TOLERANT CANCER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the subject hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody related to drug-tolerant cancer cells. CONSTITUTION:The objective hybridoma is reactive with an adriamycin-resistant strain and substantially nonreactive with an adriamycin-sensitive strain. The above-mentioned hybridoma can inhibit cell growth of the adriamycin-resistant strain or improve the sensitivity of the cell to vincristine or actinomycin D. The hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody belonging to IgG isotype can be obtained, e.g. by fusing a splenic cell derived from a mouse immunized with hybridoma MRK16 or an adriamycin-resistant strain K562/ADM of human myelocytic leukemia cell strain K562 with a mouse myeloma cell.
