MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a solar cell high in conversion efficiency by increasing a curve factor (FF) by a method wherein a CdS film provided to a solar cell as a window layer is lessened in resistance. CONSTITUTION:A CdS film is formed as a window layer and then thermally treated in an atmosphere of nitrogen, whereby it can be reduced to 1/10 in resistance, and a solar cell of high efficiency can be realized as it is enhanced in FF.
