<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer-structure circuit board whose pattern accuracy is good by a method wherein intermediary members whose difference in level from a conductor layer for a first circuit pattern is nearly eliminated are installed side by side. CONSTITUTION:In a circuit board, a second circuit board N provided with second circuit patterns 13 are laminated on, and united to, via a first insulating layer 12 on a metal base material 11, a first circuit board M provided with first circuit patterns 24, 34. In this case, parts between the circuit patterns 24, 34 on the first circuit board M and end parts of the board M, i.e., parts wherein conductor layers for the circuit patterns 24, 34 do not exist, are coated with a resin; intermediary members which eliminate a surface difference in level from the circuit patterns 24, 34 are installed side by side. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the first circuit board M in a state that no difference in level exists on the surface. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a multilayer- structure circuit board whose pattern accuracy is good.</p> |
