<p>PURPOSE: To provide a coaxial cable throughlet that is simple in structure, is reliable, and can easily and rapidly be installed. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial cable throughlet for screening signals transmitted between two adjacent screening spaces includes a coaxial cable 1 having electric connectors 2 at both ends for signal transmission and screen plates 3 located between the two spaces, inside recesses 5a, 5b provided within side walls 4a, 4b surrounding the cable 1 and facing each other. The screen plate 3 comprises two identical plate halves, each of which has a rectangular plate having elastic tongue-shaped objects provided along its three sides and a hollow part located in its center, the height of the hollow part being half the length between the spaces; an opening for the coaxial cable is bored in the center of the hollow part, and the two plate halves are soldered together with their hollow parts matching each other.</p> |
