PURPOSE:To prevent a customer from being unreasonably kept waiting and to enable the customer to estimate his waiting time and to effectively apply this waiting time even though the customer wants the treatments at the windows of different task contents. CONSTITUTION:An order ticket issuing machine 2 issues the order tickets having the order numbers of each window when a customer wants the different treatments at plural windows. A post office member, for example, attending at a window 1a pushes a switch 8a after the end of treatment of a certain customer. Thus the machine 2 displays the next order number on a display 7a if this number is not stored in a table. If the next order number is stored in the table, the machine 2 decides whether one of other order numbers that is related with the next order number is identical with the relevant number or not at another window based on the table. If not, the machine 2 shows the next order number on the display 7a. If so, the machine 2 stores the next order number in a table and decides whether the order number following the next one is stored in the table or not. |
