<p>PURPOSE:To provide a foamable laminated board free from any flaw on the surface of each sheet and also an uneven part occurring on the surface of a molded product when the foamed laminated board consisting of an internal foamable themoplastic resin sheet impregnated with a boiling evaporation-type foaming agent and an eternal fiber-reinforced resin sheet, is allowed to become foamed. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforced themoplastic resin sheet 2 is laminated on both surfaces of a foamable sheet 1 which is impregnated with a boiling/ evaporation-type foaming agent and is composed of polyetherimide and polyethersulphone. In addition, a protective sheet 3 which is hardly impregnated with a foaming agent and has a similar molding temperature to a fiber- reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet 2 is laminated on the external side of the sheet 2. This protective sheet 3 can be used between the foamable sheet 1 and the fiber-reinforced themoplastic resin sheet 2 instead of on the outermost layer.</p> |
