<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high treatment efficiency by inclusively fixing a biocatalyst to fibrous gel or fiber, holding the fibrous gel or fiber in parallel in a trailing state, also allowing the liquid to be treated to flow down on the surface of the fibrous gel or fiber in a lamellar state and performing bioreaction. CONSTITUTION:A biocatalyst for performing bioreaction is inclusively fixed to fibrous gel or fiber 2. A molded form A is used which is constituted of a structure embedded with the fibrous gel or fiber 2 on a base 1 at high density while keeping proper intervals with each other. The molded form A is provided in the inside of a reactor B so that the base 1 part becomes the upside and the bundle of the fibrous gel or fiber 2 becomes the downside and the molded form A is trailed by gravity. Since the liquid to be treated is transferred on the surfaces of the whole embedded fibrous gel or fiber 2 from the vicinities around the same, becomes a thin film and flows down, the biocatalyst efficiently reacts with the liquid to be treated.</p> |
