PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of an excessively large current in a switching transistor during a transition period. CONSTITUTION: The circuit 200 contains a diode CR1, a resistor R20, a resistor 40, and a diode CR2 which are connected in series and couples a voltage STBY which is only generated in a standby operation mode to the input terminal M/S of a phase control stage 102. The circuit 200 controls the impact coefficient of a signal VOSC at the beginning of a transition period so that the coefficient becomes remarkably small as compared with that in a normal operation mode. A capacitor C10 which is charged with the voltage STBY during the period of the standby operation period and a resistor R30 constitute a prallel circuit which is connected to the connecting point between the resistors R20 and R40. |
