PURPOSE:To bring a temperature coefficient of a high frequency dielectric material close to zero by mixing an oxide aggregate having a positive temperature coefficient of dielectric constant, another oxide aggregate having a negative value thereof, and glass with each other. CONSTITUTION:Glass, an oxide aggregate having a positive temperature coefficient of dielectric constant, and another oxide aggregate having a negative value thereof are mixed with each other at a specified blending ratio to constitute a high frequency dielectric material. Accordingly, a temperature coefficient of the high frequency dielectric material can be brought close to zero, and when this material is used for a resonator, a temperature coefficient of resonance frequency can be brought close to zero. It is desirable that the oxide aggregate having a positive temperature coefficient of dielectric constant is composed of one or more kinds of aluminum oxide and magnesium titanate and the oxide aggregate having a negative value thereof is composed of one or more kinds of calcium titanate, strontium titanate, and titanium oxide, however, the aluminum oxide and titanium oxide are not simultaneously included. |
