The present invention relates to a hydraulic distributor, particularly for a motor vehicle. This distributor (D) comprises a body (2), a slide (4) mounted so that it can move inside this body (2) in order to establish or eliminate a communication between passages (13, 14, 15) formed inside this body, two flexible membranes (5, 6) each of which is fixed, on the one hand, to one end of the slide (4) and, on the other hand, to the body (2) in order thus to define two chambers (29, 30). This distributor (D) is characterised in that the control for displacement of the slide (4) is brought about by positive means (T) for transferring liquid from one chamber (29, 30) to the other chamber. This device applies particularly to hydraulic distribution in motor vehicle ride height correctors (regulators). <IMAGE>
