The circuit for controlling the water temperature of a heater comprises (I) a temperature sensor (10) for controlling the voltage applied to the heater (30), (II) a chopping wave generator (20) as a reference voltage generator and a heating element (WH) connected to AC power supply. The heater (30) compares the output voltage of the temperature sensor with the chopping wave generator. The difference between the two voltages is output. The heater is connected to the heating element (WH).
