PURPOSE:To improve the visibility of a display screen by preferentially displaying graphic data on a background part of text data. CONSTITUTION:The background part of character font is detected out of display-objective text data by a background detecting circuit 15, in an overlap display part of the detected back-ground part and the graphic data, graphic data are not composed and preferentially outputted from a display composition circuit 19. Therefore, colors of the graphic data can be displayed as they are regardless of colors of the background part on the background part of the text data, screen display which is superior in visibility can be performed. |
