<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate automation and to obtain a transformer having low cost by separating a winding arranged on an insulating layer from a flange by a spacer block after the insulating layer has been coupled by an integrated hinge in the flange region of a coil winding. CONSTITUTION: In a transformer having a plastic coil winding 1, wherein an insulating layer 21 is inserted between different potential windings 11 and 13, the winding 11 close to the axial line of the coil winding 1 is separated from flanges 3 and 5 by fixed spacer steep parts 17 and 19 provided at a winding tube 7. The winding 13, arranged on the insulating layer 21, is coupled to a flange region 24 of the coil winding 1 by an integral hinge 25, and the insulating layer 2 is provided. Thereafter, the winding is separated from the flanges 3 and 5 by a spacer block 23, which is turned on the insulating 21. Thus, it is not necessary that the spacer block be manufactured and handled as a separate part, and the operation can be performed by the automatic process.</p> |
