The fluid-tight boat-shaped packaging tray is comprised of a bottom (2) surrounded by sides (3, 4, 5, 6) connected by pairs by means of inwardly backfolded bellows (7). Said bellows are comprised of two parts (8, 9) which bear against one of said sides (3, 4, 5, 6). The first part (8) of the bellows, adjacent to the side (5, 6) receiving said bellows, has an upper cut-out portion (11). Said cut-out portion (11) provides for a direct contact between the second part (9) of the bellows and the reception side (5, 6), during fabrication. A simple gluing of the internal faces of the sides (3, 4, 5, 6) intended to receive the bellows (7) allows to assemble together the front face of one of the parts (8) with the back face of the other part (9) in order to maintain the volume of the fluid-tight angle. This assembly, by sizing only one side of the blank, prevents liquid from raising by capillarity and provides an attractive external appearance to the boat-shaped packaging tray.
