The invention relates to a thermal-energy-storing product for a curler with a heating cartridge including a phase-change material capable of being subjected to a heat-storage cycle by a first state change, produced during a rise in temperature, and to a heat-restoration cycle by a second state change, the reverse of the said first state change, produced during a drop in temperature. The said material is a hydrated neutral salt, the physical properties of which are not modified by a number of cycles greater than or equal to 100. <IMAGE>
