PURPOSE:To unnecessitate to integrate a portable telephone set with a pager terminal in the method calling a portable telephone set according to the paging system to make the incoming call easy by using an easy-type portable telephone set. CONSTITUTION:The location of a portable telephone terminal 11 is registered in a position register memory 10. At the time of incoming call in this case, information on the terminal 11 is sent from a telephone set 7 to the position register memory 10 (x1). Referring to the result of the position registration (x2), the number of the portable telephone terminal 11 is called (x3) from the paging transmission station 9. The radio base station 2 receives this to call the terminal 11(x4), and when there is a response(x5), the line is connected (x6) from the radio base station 2 to the telephone set 7. As the calling information is transmitted from the paging transmission station 9 through the radio base station, the integration between the terminal and the pager is made unnecessary.
