PURPOSE:To provide an image display device capable of easily dis-playing by superposing overlay data fitted in an application desired by everyone on image data. CONSTITUTION:The image display device which displays by superposing the image data on the overlay data is equipped with a means 2 which stores plural pieces of overlay data in accordance with the image data, a means 5 which inputs identification information proper to an image observer, and a means 1 provided with a table to make the identification information correspond to prescribed overlay data out of the plural pieces of overlay data and which specifies the prescribed overlay data from the plural pieces of overlay data based on the identification information. |
