PURPOSE:To provide the liquid crystal display device adequate for repair connection in the connection of a liquid crystal panel substrate, for which a flexible film is used, and a driving circuit substrate and the process for production thereof. CONSTITUTION:A second UV curing type resin 8 is provided at leader electrode terminals 3 of the liquid crystal panel substrate 1 and a first UV curing type resin 6 disposed with conductive members 7 at wiring terminals 5 of the driving circuit substrate 4, respectively. The first UV curing type resin is irradiated to tentatively adhere the substrates. The connection is then inspected. The second UV curing type resin 8 is irradiated at the time of normal adhesion.
