PURPOSE:To increase the number of tire molding and vulcanizing times due to one release agent treatment by applying corona discharge to a bladder for molding and vulcanizing a tire under a specific condition and subsequently coating the bladder with a release agent based on silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:Discharge treatment is applied to the surface of a bladder under the condition of the high voltage of 5-50kV and high frequency current of 5-50kHz taken out of a transformer and the treated surface of the bladder is coated with the release agent based on silicone rubber. As the silicone rubber, one polymerized in the presence of moisture, pref., humid air to form a three- dimensional crosslinked polymer is pref. and fine silicone resin particles or an inorg. powder may be allowed to coexist in the release agent. The silicone rubber of the bladder coated with the release agent is cured to form a release film. |
