<p>PURPOSE:To utilize the fixed constitution member of a brake fixed on a steering knuckle for the transmission of a steering power. CONSTITUTION:A caliper 44 is fixed at the rear side part for the wheel revolution axis line of a steering knuckle 10, and a driving cylinder 48 presses a frictional pad on both the sides of a disc rotor 32, and suppresses the revolution of a wheel. An installation seat 54 is installed on the caliper 44, and one edge part of a tie-rod 56 is connected by a screw 58 and a nut 60. The steering power is transmitted to the steering knuckle 10 through the caliper 44 from the tie-rod 56, and wheels are revolved. Even in the case where the tie-rod 56 is installed on the rear side for the wheel revolution axis line, the caliper 44 can be installed on the same rear side, and the introduction of air from the front side is improved, and the disc rotor 32 can be cooled favorably.</p> |
