PURPOSE: To provide an administration form useful as an analgesic/ antiinflammatory agent for intranasal administration. CONSTITUTION: This analgesic/antiinflammatory preparation for intranasal administration contains an active amount of an active component selected from 5-benzoyl-2,3-dihydro-1Hpyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid of the formula, its racemic compound, optically active compound and their pharmacologically permissible salts together with a pharmacologically permissible excipient or diluent.
