<p>PURPOSE:To automate operation of giving ID to radar images by automatically transmitting information about the location of a ship, etc., from a mobile station to a harbor radar station, and taking out from a storage device portion the ID corresponding to that information at the radar station. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station (ship) goes into a radar service sea area, communication is made using a VHF wireless machine with a harbor radar station and information about the location of the ship and time which are transmitted from an electronic navigation system 13 and data reported from a report data generating portion 12 are edited on a channel notified from the radar station and are transmitted to the radar station. The radar station receives the data at a VHF wireless machine group portion 7 and sends the data to a data processing unit 4. The unit 4 performs data analysis and takes out the name of the ship and call signs, and samples from a storage device portion 5 data on ID or the like corresponding to the call signs, and sends the ID and information about the reported data to a display unit portion 3 and a radar data processing unit portion 2. The unit portion 2 selects the best suited radar image from that information and sends it to the unit portion 3, which in turn displays the radar image on a processed video while providing the ID to the image.</p> |
