An emulsion anti-adhesive agent for steel moulds and boarding, constituting an water in oil type of emulsion, consisting mineral oil, water and additives of physical and chemical action, characterised in that it consists of 12.5 to 42.5 weight percent of mineral oil, 50 to 86 weight percent of water or saturated solution of calcium hydroxide, 0.9 to 3 weight percent of post-lanolin acids or thallic olein, 0.3 to 1 weight percent of product of condensation of rape oil fatty acids amides with diethanolamine or mixture of higher fatty acids and sorbite, 0.3 to 1 weight percent of residue after distillation of fatty acids and 0.1 to 2.5 weight percent polyethylene waxes.
