PURPOSE:To limit the watching and listening to TV broadcasting by supplying a scramble processing to a bypass line in accordance with the control of a switching control part to output a signal for which a scramble is performed compulsorily by the judgment on a reception side. CONSTITUTION:A changeover switch part 12 supplies a scramble signal to be supplied to a descramble processing circuit 11 and supplied via a tuner part 20 to a bypass line 13 in accordance with the control of a switch control part 14. A parental key circuit enabling the turning on/off from the outside is added to the switch control part 14 and this circuit makes the switch control part 14 operate by passwords, etc., to be inputted by the direct key operations by users and the operational signals by a remote control device. Thus, the switching control part 14 controls the changeover switch part 12 by the operations of the parental key circuit and is capable of deriving the signal for which the scramble processing is performed from the output terminal 15 via the bypass line 13. |
