PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus suitable for production of tasty noodles by arranging belt conveyors in the vertical directions in many stages, rotating the belt conveyor in just the lower stage at a higher rotational speed than that of the belt conveyor in just the upper stage, reciprocating intermediate conveyors and directly carrying a noodle sheet even if breakage occurs and relaxing the structure of the noodle sheet. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus is obtained by providing the following structure: Belt conveyors (A), (B), (C) and (D) having nearly horizontal carrying surfaces are arranged in the vertical directions in many stages. The tip of a belt conveyor in the carrying direction in just the upper stage is located on the carrying surface of the belt conveyor in just the lower stage. The rotational speed of the belt conveyor in just the lower stage is higher than that of the belt conveyor in just the upper stage. The intermediate belt conveyors (B) and (C) except the topmost and lowermost stages are reciprocated in the front and rear in the carrying direction. Furthermore, this apparatus is capable of forming a noodle sheet 5 into noodle strips 6 with noodle strip cutting blades 4, then stretching the resultant strips and aging the stretched noodle strips. |
