PURPOSE:To obtain a black image scarce in occurrence of stains background and good in storage stability and balance of color development and high in black density. CONSTITUTION:The recording material is obtained by forming a recording layer composed essentially of a photosensitive diazo compound and a coupling component capable of reacting with the diazo compound in a basic atmosphere and developing color both enclosed in microcapsules on a support, and the coupling component is a mixture of at least one kind of compounds represented by formula I and at least one kind of compounds represented by formula II. In formulae I and II, A is 1-22C alkylene optionally having an ether or thioether bond; B is H, cyclohexyl, molpholino, or piperidino; and each of R1-R4 is H, 1-5C alkyl, alkoxy, or halogen. |
