PURPOSE:To improve the separation of a component and to reduce tailing. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 3 becoming the emitting orifice of a solvent containing a component to be separated is provided to a column 5 being a separation tube through an insulated tube 4 and the metallized surface of a tape is arranged in opposed relation to the nozzle 3 and high potential is applied to the tape from a high voltage power supply 11 to apply earth potential to the metallized surface. By this method, the solvent containing the component to be separated is emitted from the nozzle 3 so as to be atomized and allowed to fly toward the metallized surface to be bonded to the metallized surface, whereas the solvent is removed by heating the metallized surface by a heater 103 not only to improve the separation of the component but also to enhance detection sensitivity.
