PURPOSE:To limit a collector current within a saturated collector current while keeping a collector voltage to a sufficiently low voltage when an output transistor(TR) is turned on. CONSTITUTION:A saturation detection P diffusion region 19 is formed around an output TR Q13. A saturation detection output terminal 2 provided on the saturation detection P diffusion region 19 is led to the base of a feedback TR Q14. Thus, an output TR driving section 1 connected to the collector of the feedback TR Q14 is devised to reduce a current flowing to the base of the TR Q13 corresponding to the collector current flowing to the feedback TR Q14. |
