PURPOSE: To provide a metal suspended substance half-cell in which such more amount of electrolyte can be loaded so that on one side the excellent stability of suspended substance can be secured and on the other side considerable amount of produced substance during discharging of the half-cell is dissolved. CONSTITUTION: A metal suspended substance half-cell comprises at least a case 1 which surrounds electrolyte-containing suspended substance 5, an electrode 2 which touches the suspended substance, and a film 3 which can form a partition with second half-cell 4. The second half-cell can mutually acts with the metal suspended substance half-cell so as to form a storage battery, the suspended substance contains further additional particles beside selected metal particles and electrolyte, the additional particles contain at least one kind ceramic material promoting chain-like mode production in the suspended substance in the half-cell, and the suspended substance stands still substantially during charging and/or discharging. |
