<p>The invention relates to a device (1) with a movable tray (5) intended to receive a vehicle steering wheel (2), comprising a fixed support (3) traversed by a fixed axis (4) supporting the tray (5) in free rotation with respect to the fixed support (3) about a rotation axis (6) parallel to the fixed axis (4) and translationally movable with respect to the fixed support (3) in the plane of the movable tray (5), which translation is limited in amplitude by the arrangement of the movable tray (5) on the fixed support (3); means (7) for the detection and measurement of the angular position of the movable tray (5) with respect to the fixed support (3); and means (8) for the detection of the translation position of the movable tray (5) with respect to the fixed support (3). The invention also relates to automatic and/or remote-controlled means to block in translation the movable tray (5) during up and down phases of the wheel (2) of the vehicle respectively to or from the device.</p> |
