PURPOSE:To provide an economical delivery control device for an automatic warehouse by which delivery can be carried out speedily by eliminating delay of a loop carriage. CONSTITUTION:A delivery control device for an automatic warehouse is provided buffer control sections and carriage control sections operated by signals from a computer 7 and a control device 8, cargo handling work necessity detector 15 arranged respectively in respective buffers, plug setting devices 21 arranged respectively in the respective buffer control sections, memory devices 22a and 22b, signal judging sections 23, 24 and 25 and sequencers 30a and 30b, and when a loop carriage 5a being stopped at the cargo work unnecessary buffer is made to travel idle in a loop orbit and then cargo work becomes necessary, it is stopped at the buffer and the cargo work resumed. |
