<p>PURPOSE:To provide a container which has high crystallinity and excellent clarity and heat deformation resistance even in high temperature heating atmosphere by a method wherein polyester resin prepared such that polyethyleneterephthalate resin and polybuteleneterephthalate resin are blended in a specified ratio therebetween is blow-molded. CONSTITUTION:By blow-molding polyester consisting of 70-5wt.% polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) resin and 30-95wt.% polybutyleneterephthalate (PBT) resin, a clear polyester container having, for example, a neck part 2 in which a screw part 3 is formed is molded. In this case, the PET resin having intrinsic viscosity of 0.5 or more and the PBT resin having intrinsic viscosity of 0.7 or more are used. In blow-molding, treatment is effected so that a parison on which heat treatment is applied at temperature lower than a cold crystallization temperature of polyester resin before blow-molding is blow-molded, and after blowmolding, heat fixing is applied on the container.</p> |
