PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance, antistatic effect, etc., by compounding a specific ethylene- tetracyclododecene copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, and alpha- olefinic polymer, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of an ethylene- tetracyclododecene copolymer resin composition obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of ethylene-tetracyclododecene copolymer produced from ethylene and a compound of the formula (R<1>-R<12> are H, halogen, etc.) and having an intrinsic viscosity (eta) of 0.5-0.8dl/g in decalin at 135 deg.C, (B) 10-30 pts.wt. of ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having an elastic modulus of 0.1-20000kg/cm<2>, a glass transition temperature of <=0 deg.C and a crystallinity of <=10%, (C) 5-20 pts.wt. of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having an elastic modulus of 1-30000kg/cm<2>, a glass transition temperature of <=0 deg.C and a crystallinity of >=30%, and (D) 0.05-5 pts.wt. of a sodium 8-22C alkylsulfonate. |
