The roof (1) has an opening (3), which has a sliding and raiseable panel (6),coacting with a support (5). A gap between the roof and panel is closed by a separate rigid screen section (12), adjustable w.r.t. the support in the panel direction. The screen section is permanently spring-loaded in the direction of the panel by a tensile or compressure spring, supported on the panel support. The ends of the bracket spring load the screen section, while the centre is held on the panel support. USE/ADVANTAGE - For car sun roofs,with simple assembly and automatic screen application.
