PURPOSE:To print the local time of the destination of reception as the origin of transmission data. CONSTITUTION:At the time of dialing at a dial part 3, a discriminating part 6 discriminates the other country from a dial number. A calculating part 2 reads out the time difference of the pertinent country stored in a storage part 1, and calculates the time of the pertinent country by adding or subtracting the time difference to or from the time of a clock part 7. A reading part 8 reads out an original. An editing part 4 edits the data of the time of the other country calculated by the calculating part as the origin of transmission data for the read data. Then, the data are compressed by a compressing part 9, modulated by a MODEM part 10, and facsimile-transmitted through a line 11. |
