<p>PURPOSE:To provide a piping unit, packaging device therefor, and a method of piping, with which the packaging works are facilitated, the weight and volume are suppressed to ensure easy carrying-in to the place of piping and execution of piping works there, the water-tightness of the joint is well secured, and saving labor and shortening the construction period are practicable. CONSTITUTION:Flexible branch pipes 16 connected with a water supply/exhaust facility and equipment and a flexible main pipe 14 in communication with these branch pipes 16 are processed and fusion attached by heat in advance at the factory in accordance with the locational relationship of the main pipe and the supply/exhaust facility and equipment. This eliminates necessity for cutting and joining the main pipe 14 and branch pipes 16 at the site of piping, so that execution of piping works is facilitated and the water-tightness of the joint is well secured. A packaging device winds a water supply unit piping 10 or a hot water supply unit piping 12 forward while turning a rotary table. At this time, it is willing to swell out with a resilient reaction force, but a stopper provided protrusively at the periphery suppresses swelling out. Thus the piping unit packaged is light and unbulky to enable easy carrying-in to the place of piping.</p> |
