According to the present invention, various types of samples can be crushed and dispersed easily, efficiently and satisfactorily without using an expensive device. A polyethylene film (3), a net body (7), a net body (9) and a polyethylene film (5) are successively laminated and welded to one another at welding portions (13a) and (13b), so that a bag body (15) is formed. Further, a fastener (17) is formed in the vicinity of an opening (15a), so that a bag (1) for crushing and dispersing can be provided. The samples and a dispersion media are received through the opening (15a) and the bag is sealed by the fastener (17).
