The multichamber balancing container is for a vehicle cooling system. It consists of two separate containers (4, 6) joined together by releasable coupling (8) and in fluid connection with each other. The containers, which are made of plastics, are produced by a blow-moulding technique and arranged one above the other. One container is provided with a fluid intake pipe (10) and coupling contains a valve unit (22) with an overflow valve (24) and a return valve (26). USE/ADVANTAGE - Compact two-part pressure balancing chamber is used in vehicle cooling system and can be produced simply and cheaply.
