PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position another cartridge at a piece negative ejecting position or a piece negative receiving position when an optional cartridge out of plural cartridges provided on an endless turning body is positioned at the piece negative receiving position or the piece negative ejecting position even though the endless turning body is elongated due to long-term work. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the cartridge 13 on a supporting member 21 coupled with the endless turning body 15 so as to freely change its position in a piece negative carrying direction, and a positional change adjusting means 22 capable of adjusting the positional change of at least the cartridge 13 on either side of the optional cartridge 13 and another cartridge 13 with respect to the member 21 so that another cartridge 13 may be positioned at the piece negative ejecting position B when the optional cartridge 13 is positioned at the piece negative receiving position A, and another cartridge 13 may be positioned at the piece negative receiving position A when the optional cartridge 13 is positioned at the piece negative ejecting position B in the carrying path.
